Free Pallet Delivery Terms:
Free Delivery can be applied to two or more full pallets purchased from one of the paver suppliers either Firth, Bowers, or Feinwerk (for example 2 pallets from Bowers). A combination of pavers from multiple suppliers to make up two full pallets does NOT result in free delivery (for example 1 pallet from bowers, 1 from Firth). Purchase of 2 more full pallets from multiple suppliers for example 2 full pallets from Bowers and 2 full pallets from Feinwerk will give free delivery for both. Purchase of 2 full pallets from one supplier and less than 2 from another will only give free delivery for the one supplier and a delivery charge from the other will apply, For example 2 or more pallets from Firth will give free delivery but the 1 pallet from Bowers will have a delivery charge.
Free Delivery is only done using one of the listed supplier delivery types. Special methods of transport outside of listings may require additional charges. Unsuccessful delivery results in a delivery charge (please read below for more on unsuccessful delivery).
Please note in most cases there is a pallet charge. This pallet charge is always included in addition to which ever form of delivery you get. The pallets can always be returned to our store for a full refund if they are in suitable condition.

Unsuccessful Delivery:
Due to the nature of large item deliveries, we can only give a range of time. Delays and cancellations may result in the delivery coming earlier or later in the day than expected. It is important that on your day of delivery the Site contact is ready for a Phone call in case of any issues regarding delivery or notification of arrival. Please notify us of any strict timeframes/delivery instructions so we can work with it to the best of our abilities.
Please note all delivery drivers have been asked to call the site contact however there may be rare cases where this doesn’t happen. To ensure your items get delivered in the correct place within the capabilities of the driver please be on site during the day of delivery.
If there are any concerns about site accessibility this needs to be mentioned clearly before delivery is booked to avoid any issue and additional charges. It is the customer/client’s responsibility to inform of the correct truck type: HIAB, Moffett, Tractor, Tail Lift, Tipper Truck (big/small).
In the case that delivery of pallets has failed, and client/customer/site was unable to receive pallets for the following reasons:
Incorrect truck type was booked: Customer has informed us to use a specific truck however on delivery the driver has mentioned it is impossible/unsafe to deliver with that truck and another truck type or method of transport is required.
Road Closure: If the delivery street is closed due to scheduled road works, it is the customers responsibility to be aware and inform us of any scheduled road works.
Site closed/inaccessible: If the delivery driver arrives to the site location and is denied entry from the site resulting in the driver having to return pallets.
For any of the mentioned reasons the driver if unable to immediately unload pallets is required to leave and return the pallets back to the yard. The driver has other deliveries and schedules to meet and cannot spend additional time on a site because of the lack of preparedness from the customer/client.
For any of the mentioned reasons if delivery was unsuccessful the pallets may have to be returned to any yard there will be additional charges.
If the customer requires a re-delivery: There is a return charge of product back to the yard + a redelivery charge from the yard to the customer site. In addition, there may be an additional fee of 0-5% of total product value.
If the customer requests to then cancel the order: There is a return charge of product back to the yard + there is a cancellation fee of 15-30% of the total product value. This cancellation fee includes a restocking fee, admin costs, machine/labor costs. This applies for all deliveries.
For all tipper truck deliveries: Return charges are equal to the original delivery cost. Re-delivery charges are equal to the original delivery cost.
For Firth Delivery:
Return charge of less than two full pallets: $150 +gst.
Re-delivery charge of less than two full pallets: $150 +gst
Return charge of more than two full pallets: $60 +gst per pallet
Re-delivery charge of more than two full pallets: $60+gst per pallet
For Bowers Delivery:
Return charge of less than two full pallets: $190 +gst.
Re-delivery charge of less than two full pallets: $190 +gst
Return charge of more than two full pallets: $60 +gst per pallet
Re-delivery charge of more than two full pallets: $60+gst per pallet
For Other Pallet/Bag:
Return charge of less than two full pallets: $190 +gst.
Re-delivery charge of less than two full pallets: $190 +gst
Return charge of more than two full pallets: $60 +gst per pallet
Re-delivery charge of more than two full pallets: $60+gst per pallet
For Tail lift:
Return charge of less than two full pallets: $190 +gst.
Re-delivery charge of less than two full pallets: $190 +gst
Return charge of more than two full pallets: $60 +gst per pallet
Re-delivery charge of more than two full pallets: $60+gst per pallet
Please note: Any Promotional offer such as free delivery is voided in the case of unsuccessful delivery and an original delivery charge will be applied. Any Promotional offer is not reapplied for the redelivery of products.
Refunds/Returns
PELASE NOTE: Bulk/loose material cannot be returned once delivered or collected due to risk of contamination.
Returns on pavers to a yard will result in a restocking fee of 10-20% of the total product value. Returns can only be made if the product is in suitable usable condition.
Please note pavers are made using naturally sourced products. Due to this there can be minor variation across batches produced. If this is a concern please make sure you buy from the same batch. It is the clients responsibility to mention this to the staff when ordering. Refunds and returns may not be given if the client has had a change of mind of the product or colour.
If a product arrives damaged please send us images and we will get it replaced or provide a refund. For small quantities in most cases you will be required to pick up the replacement.
If you have ordered the wrong colour or product and require the return of the order resulting in either, a redelivery or cancelation of the order. Return fees and restocking fees will apply.
If you have overestimated the quantity of product required returns and a refund can be made however there is a 10-20% restocking fee and product must be in suitable usable condition.
